Taste testing today.
They had a new Sloe Gin smoked Salmon there today and wanted opinions on whether to start producing it or not.
Personally I thought it was awesome. And kilos of it in the fridge made for a nice free lunch.
Yep, finally, after 13 years in fisheries I'm finally getting some perks!!!
